Fran has lived his entire life in Delaware County. He attended Cardinal O’Hara High School in Springfield and Widener University in Chester. He played both basketball and golf at both institutions.
Fran is married to his wife Bridget, and they are expecting the birth of their first child. When Fran is not working he enjoys playing golf, fishing, spending time in Sea Isle City, and coaching JV basketball at Cardinal O’Hara.
